Concerns about finance, employment, health or family problems can adversely affect relationships; such pressures mean that it is easy to lose sight of personal priorities.
It may be that our listening skills could be more effective. We may need to learn new ways to demonstrate our care and concern for those we love; we may need to overcome guilt and anger or we may need to refocus our values and priorities. Counselling can be helpful in identifying such issues.
